Recon Droids are created on the Interrogation Imperial level. They require the Supply Officer VIP to create and take 10m to complete. Each additional Bitizen dropped off at the Interrogation level will reduce the completion time of the Recon Droids by 1m. Once completed, they are stored in the Inventory.
